How many star jumps can you do in 2 minutes? Can you speed bounce for 120 seconds? Y5 have been enjoying their fitness lessons this term, improving their stamina and breathing. At TRJS we know the importance of physical exercise and have 3 hours of PE lessons every week, as well as 7 and a half hours of free outdoor playtime. With the children, we talk about the importance and benefits of physical activity, time outdoors, and time spent with others for positive mental and physical health, wellbeing and happiness.
