Find Your Brave
At TRJS this week we have focused on our mental health and the ways we can help to keep ourselves mentally healthy. Activities have been going on all week all over school, including daily mindful breathing exercise in every class, Our assemblies have focused on the theme of the week: Find Your Brave. This means being brave to speak up when we need support, help or just a hug! Every child in school made a Mind Mate to remind them of the things they can do to help themselves when things get tricky. Our fabulous Year 6 children all took on the role of teacher for these sessions, guiding each class in some mindfulness and giving inspiration for our Mind Mates.
